Important Notes
All items must be labeled. We highly encourage the purchase of 2 Kinder mats as these are sold as "seasonal items".
Potty Training Policy: As we may assist parents in potty-training, we are not able to do the initial potty-training process. The initial process requires hours of individual time with the child in the restroom, and our caregivers cannot leave the other children unattended during that long period of time. We may, however, continue the process that is working for you so that your child can continue to be successful. Due to health reasons, we cannot accept children in underwear that are potty training until they are ready. Pull-ups are best until the child has begun to go to the potty successfully.
